Photography Services:
1. Cancellations and Rescheduling:
- If you need to cancel or reschedule a photography session, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule a travel session, please contact us at least a week in advance to avoid a cancelation fee.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests for normal sessions made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will be subject to a fee.
- Cancelations or rescheduling of travel sessions made within one week of the scheduled session will be subject to a fee and travel cost compensation.
2. Quality Assurance:
- We strive to provide you with high-quality photographs. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your photos, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your photos, and we will work with you to address your concerns.
Photography Prints, Photo Books, and Branded Merchandise:
1. Returns and Exchanges:
- If you receive a photography print, photo book, or branded merchandise item that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- To initiate a return or exchange, please provide clear photos of the issue, your order number, and a brief explanation of the problem to assist our team in resolving the issue promptly.
2. Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued for eligible returns within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. We will refund the full purchase price, including any applicable taxes and shipping costs.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise specified.
3. Non-Returnable Items:
- Personalized and custom-made items, as well as digital downloads, are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are damaged or defective.
General Conditions:
1. All return requests must be initiated within the specified timeframes mentioned above.
2. Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging materials.
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or not as described.
4. We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange if the item does not meet our return policy criteria.

6. LaramiePhotos is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages during the return shipping process.
